I understand the motivation, but really? At this point, we need to remove Preparation and lower the defensive cooldowns altogether.
As it is “now”, Prep only resets Dismantle, Evasion, Sprint and Vanish. Dismantle is very situational, Evasion is painfully long, Sprint is OK and Vanish is rather long-ish.
What if the devs lowered the cooldowns of all those abilities, and their duration as well? Think about it: a Cloak of Shadows that lasts only for 2 seconds and has a 30-sec cooldown. It makes us a pain in the ass if we play well, and definitely not imba if we play badly.
We need to be quick, agile, be on the look-out, find opportunities, etc. This change would help.
